Reduction in Transit Tolls for VLCC's in Ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf

Article One:

Circular No. 7/2004 concerning reduction in transit Tolls for VLCC's in ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf, shall be amended to read as follows:

A. 20% reduction from the applicable S.C. transit dues shall be offered to the VLCC's - in ballast of 200.000 dwt and above, coming from the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean and the North Coast of South Africa.


Article Two:

This circular takes effect as of 15/03/2006.
