Reduction in Transit Dues VLCC's in Ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf

Article One:

Circular No. 435615 concerning reduction in transit dues for VLCC's in ballast coming from America to the Arabian Gulf, shall be amended to be as follows:

- In ballast VLCC's of 20.000 dwt and above shall be granted the following reductions in S.C. Transit dues:
A. 35% reduction in the applicable S.C. transit dues shall be offered to the VLCC's coming from the Gulf of Mexico.
B. 40% reduction in the applicable S.C. transit dues shall be offered to the VLCC's coming from the Caribbean zone and the North Coast of South America.


Article Two:

This circular takes effect as of 01/02/2005.
