SCA ADMINISTRATION DECISION No. 1/2005
The Organization Instruction for Ship's transit Suez Canal

Article One:

Ship's agent adhere to present requesting application to issue port clearance for vessels transit suez canal after insure of ship's ETA and date of transit canal.

Article Two:

Port clearance valid for 24 hours starting from the issued time and can renewal for another 24 hours in case vessel delay to arrive to pilot station as by her ETA in requesting application, in case vessel not arrives once again, the port clearance has to canceled and the new port clearance have to issue by new documents with notify to suez canal in case delete the permission.

Article 3:

In case vessel stay in port for more 24 hours for causes not relate with suez canal authority, vessel will counted by port dues invoice.

Article 4:

Ban for ship's agent to take any procedures for ships sailing without port clearance. The mention chastisement will be applying as maritime of transportation minister decision No. 520/2003.
