1 - VESSELS CARRYING DANGEROUS PACKAGED GOODS

-Hazardous wastes.
-Discovery of substances of which existence and stowage on board the ship the Master has no knowledge.

S.C. Declaration Outer Harbour Bunkering and water supply only (at the outer harbour). Regarding hazardous wastes:
1. Prior authorisation from E.E.A.A.
2. Approval by SCA after authorisation
3. Produce compensation warranty documents.
All substances not included in S.C. Group a or S.C. Group 3. 2
(Medium danger)
S.C. Declaration Any place in the harbour except in case of handling (handling taking place at the outer harbour for general cargo vessels and in the inner harbour for containers). All operations allowed. (handling taking place at the outer harbour for G.C. vessels and in the inner harbour for containers). Handling and towing of dangerous substances to be in accordance with Appendix No. 3 of these Regulations
-Class 1, explosive, (Div. 1.5).
-Class 2, gases, (non-flammable compressed gas).
-Class 3, Inflammable liquids, (high flash point).
-All substances listed in Appendix 4 of these Regulations.
-Vessels carrying not more than 3000 Kilos of dangerous substances of each of SC three groups.

S.C. Declaration Any place in the harbour. All operations allowed. Handling and towing of dangerous substances to be in accordance with Appendix No. 3 of these Regulations
-Class 7, radioactive substances. 1
Radio-active
A.E.E. Declaration B According to decision of A.E.E. According to decision of A.E.E. Expert. 1. Prior auth/tion from Egyptain A.E.E.
2. Approval by SCA after auth/tion of E.E.A.A.
3. Produce compensation warranty documents.

A.E.E. Declaration C Any place in the harbour. All operations allowed. 1. Inform A.E.E.&SCA.

Notice: Vessels carrying more than one group of dangerous substances at the same time will be considered as vessel of the higher danger group

-Dangerous wastes.
High danger S.C. Declaration & Declaration A Outer Harbour No operations allowed At Port Said for Grade A tankers and liquefied inflammable gas carriers avoid use of anchors while berthing.
For dangerous waters, pls. see remarks for packaged goods.
-More than 3000 Kilos of Grade B petroleum (flash point between 23 degrees C and 66 degrees C).
-Non gas free from Grade B petroleum.
-Grade C petroleum & Grade B vapours.
Medium danger S.C. Declaration & Declaration A Outer Harbour Bunkering and water supply only (taking place at outer harbour). Permission from Harbour Master must be taken before any operation.
-Grade C petroleum (flash point above 66 degrees c).
-Gas free from explosive gases.
-Vessels carrying not more than 3000 Kilos of Grade "B", and 9000 Kilos of dangerous good of three groups.
Minor danger S.C. Declaration & Declaration A Any place in the harbour. All operations allowed. The 3000 Kilos of Grade "A" or Grade "B" can be doubled if there are no 1st Group dangerous goods.
