Art. 130 - Certificates and Declarations :

1. The Master shall hand to the Authority’s Officials a declaration (Declaration "A" Appendix 1) showing the following :
   
   a) Ship safety Construction Certificate,
   b) Ship safety Equipment Certificate,
   c) Ship safety Radio Telegraphy Certificate, and
   d) That the vessel is classed and still under supervision of one of
   classification societies belonging to IACS.
   
2. Further, the Master of a vessel must furnish a signed SC declaration (See Appendix 1), which will be handed to him by the pilot when he comes on board.
